Register for a Free Trial Week
A Free Trial Week is how people who are new to CrossFit get started at CrossFit NYC. Here is what you need to know about a Free Trial Week:
- Every new member at CrossFit NYC who doesn’t have recent CrossFit Experience starts with 8 Fundamentals Classes
- You can find our Fundamentals Schedule: Flatiron Schedule, Upper West Side Schedule
- Our Fundamentals classes are offered 5 days per week at each location, and are taught in small groups (typically 4 to 8 new members) by experienced CrossFit NYC coaches.
- There are no further obligations to continue after your Free Trial Week.
- We have lockers, showers and towel service at our Flatiron and Upper West Side locations.

First Month Membership
- After your Free Trial Week, you may purchase a First Month Membership for $199 ($159 Midday and Weekends)
- Midday and Weekend Memberships include all weekday classes that start at or after 8:30 AM and at or before 4:30 PM plus all weekend classes
- During your First Month Membership, you first complete the remainder of 8 Fundamentals classes and then start regular classes (All Levels, Beginners, Endurance, Olympic Lifting)
